Needs Assessment/Process Improvement

At times the chance may arise when a company needs to carefully identify a problem or opportunity which needs to be addressed.  In some cases the company will rush in and provide training with out properly researching the problem or opportunity.  As a result the training is a temporary fix, and the company finds itself wasting time, money, and energy.  With a proper needs assessment you can permanently change your company or department into the power agent that you want it to be.
